Monkey Butt Powder

I can't believe I bought a product call Monkey Butt Powder. I have to admit that part of the reason I bought it was the funny name. Its a conversation starter. "So, have you ever heard of Monkey Butt Powder" or "I bought a cannister of Monkey Butt Powder yesterday." LOL

Riteaid had the powder as a free after rebate item. On slickdeals.net, someone said it is to prevent chaffing due to perspiration. I remembered the co-worker in Iraq (US Army) who told us last week that it is 106 degrees in the shade and that their uniforms are soaked when they take them off and sometimes still damp when they put them back on the next day to go out on field missions. After some thought I decided it was a worthwhile product and I am sending it to Iraq or Afghanistan for the troops to use. Cornstarch should work just as well, but which name is better, cornstarch or Monkey Butt Powder? I hope it gives them the same laugh it gave me.

    LOL. I Was thinking, what the heck is monkey butt powder? I may just have to buy some as well because it sounds so funny -hehe.

    What are the ingredients? I've never been terribly impressed with cornstarch. Anything beyond the lightest briefest perspiration and it just turns to goo.

    The ingredients are talc, calamine powder, and fragrance. Oh and I got the name wrong, its "Anti Monkey Butt Powder". The might be funnier.

    I remember when my son was born 4 years ago, I got a sample of diaper rash cream from the pediatrician called Boudreaux's Butt Paste. I giggled like a school girl upon seeing it. My hubby took some to his then-supervisor whose last name was Boudreaux. Smile

    most motorcyclist know of this product ,monkey butt is what you get after riding a 600 mile a day ,ain't pretty ;-)

    I just use cornstarch and my riding pants has a silky liner so I am good ;-)

    that is very nice of you to send it over and very thoughtful. the only thing it will cost you is postage and you have done a good deed for a day. Smile
